We work with wholesalers, distributors and foodservice operators to supply a wide range of perfectly portioned sachet solutions, from sugar and sweetener through to sauces and condiments, breakfast goods and sweet snacks. 

We currently have exciting opportunities for Technical Operators to join our Production team based in Telford, Shropshire.  

The role:
Operating multiple packaging machines, including 
-reel and product changes,
-making minor mechanical adjustments 
-completing documentation correctly and accurately 
-quality checks
-machine cleaning processes
-making up boxes from lay flat cardboard sheets and 
-maintaining good housekeeping, hygiene and health and safety standards

The person:
- experience of working in a fast-paced production environment
- a reliable and committed team player
- good standards of numeracy, literacy and communication
- ability to operate independently
- excellent attention to detail 
- determination to meet deadlines and achieve targets

We have openings at our site in Hortonwood with various shift patterns available including alternating early/late dayshifts and permanent nightshift.  These are full-time, permanent positions but there is some scope for flexible working and part-time hours which can be discussed with individual applicants.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package with operator pay rates starting at £12.00 per hour.  Full training will be given and you will have the opportunity to further increase your earnings potential as you expand your skills and capabilities.
